Turning complex trips into smooth user journeys

Here’s the thing about student travel: There are tons of steps to take before you can actually go anywhere. Between safety concerns, logistics, and budgets, educators face hundreds of unknowns. So, EF asked my design partner and I to craft a clear, comprehensive user experience that would make the journey as simple as possible. Enter: EF’s “How it works” ecosystem. Together we designed the information architecture and content structure, mapped user needs, simplified decision points, and wrote copy that made travelers feel informed and inspired enough to move forward (literally and figuratively).
