Here’s the thing about student travel: There are tons of steps to take before you can actually go anywhere. Between safety concerns, logistics, and budgets, educators face hundreds of unknowns. So, EF asked me to craft a clear, comprehensive user experience that would make the journey as simple as possible. Enter: EF’s “How it works” ecosystem. I designed the information architecture and content structure, mapped user needs, simplified decision points, and wrote copy that made travelers feel informed and inspired enough to move forward (literally and figuratively).
